One of the biggest mistakes made by new business owners and entrepreneurs alike is thinking they should always target as many customers as they can. This means trying to take on as many clients as possible.
On the surface this seems logical. If your potential group of customers is larger, aren’t you more likely to succeed? And after all they believe that their product can help/is for everyone.
