If you said selling hamburgers you are so very WRONG. Ray Croc is in the business of real estate. It costs minimum $500K to buy a McDonald’s franchise. So while the product might be selling hamburgers – the business is selling property – licensing the name on that property. So this brings us back to you and your business.
