This is an overview of the program:
- Each month we'll start a new component of the curriculum.
- We meet weekly in the group Zoom Room to go over the week's assignment and new training. After the training we'll break into smaller groups to report in on progress and set intentions for the week to come.
- There's a private Facebook Group for interaction with me and all of the other SBB Star Academy members. So you're never far from feedback and encouragement.
